The ground rules.
These terms govern your use of draftledger.co (“DraftLedger”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What DraftLedger is
DraftLedger grades NFL draft picks, teams and general managers using public draft data and our own formula, and lets you set your own “bust line”, post takes and make predictions. Grades are our opinion-driven calculations. They are not official statistics, are not endorsed by anyone, and are provided for information and entertainment only.
Not advice
Nothing on DraftLedger is betting, fantasy, financial or professional advice. Do not rely on the grades or predictions to place wagers or make decisions with money. We do not guarantee that the grades or data are accurate, complete or current.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old. You can sign in with your X account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We receive only the limited information described in our Privacy Policy.
Your content
You own what you post (takes, votes, predictions). By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and share your content on and in connection with DraftLedger, including in share cards and links you choose to create. You are responsible for what you post. Takes are the opinions of their authors, not ours.
Rules for takes and predictions
Do not post anything that:
- harasses, threatens or demeans a person, including players, staff and other users;
- is hateful, sexually explicit, or encourages violence or self-harm;
- is spam, advertising, a scam, or contains malware or misleading links;
- shares private personal information about someone;
- infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law;
- impersonates another person, or abuses the site through bots, scripts or attempts to bypass limits.
We may remove content and suspend or end access at our discretion, with or without notice, including for violating these rules. Use the Report button or contact us to flag a problem.
Our content and permitted use
The site design, code, text, grades and share cards are ours or our licensors'. You may view the site and share links and cards, including on X, for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not scrape the site at scale, copy or resell our grades or data, or build a competing product from them without written permission. Underlying draft data comes from public sources, such as nflverse, which are subject to their own terms.
Third-party services
DraftLedger uses X for sign-in and sharing, and Google Firebase for accounts and data. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for them.
Availability and changes
We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the site at any time. Predictions and takes may be changed or removed, for example after a lock date or for moderation reasons.
Disclaimers
DraftLedger is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, DraftLedger and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us (which for a free site is zero). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Ending your use
You can stop using DraftLedger at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
